Don’t remember buying any Star Wars literature or accessories ever in my entire life. How amazon comes to those conclusions? Is it not too much of generalization to recommend Star Wars to someone who demonstrates interest in to post-apocalyptic literature and zombies? Do all other people who have similar interest also likes Star Wars?

Skinny Water

My previous leader of bullshit products, Low Fat Potatoes, are no longer biggest bullshit..

Let away it is extremely miserable outside the window and I don’t even want to think of going home, I also have to deal with idiots you wouldn’t even belief. As I have been told in the kitchen earlier – Ireland Tax Office workers are unhappy little people and they want to spread that feeling to their customer. Let me tell you more..

I was looking to get my taxes back for last years tuition fee, so I have filled the application form, attached two invoices from college and sent to tax office by post. Easy. Two weeks later I have got my form back with the stamp on PPS number asking to submit my PPS number. I rang them to ask what do they mean, and I have been told that this is exactly what they meant.

Ok, well, dear clerks, if one of you wouldn’t had enough brains to put a stamp on that very PPS number of mine, you wouldn’t have any problem reading it! However, I wasn’t allowed to submit PPS number via phone.

“All has to go by post, Miss!”

Printed, filled and posted the same form once again. Two weeks later I have received an email (Tax Office likes different forms of communication, as you can see) that I have to submit invoices (yes, the same invoices submitted earlier). I rang again asking if they could search their drawers, records, etc, as I have been told earlier, that invoices are received and I just have to resend the form itself.

Extremely rude woman wasn’t in a mood for searching her drawers so I had to pay a fiver to get new invoices issued and now I will be sending those again with HOPE that this tiny little bureaucratic bee hive will manage to put everything in to places.

No Really! Well Done! This week was really hard.. well at least for me.

Lectures started on Monday,  I have to start my thesis and I am getting really tired with intense work, evening classes, lack of sleep, lack of yoga, not having time to do my nails, smoking more (I always do when I am tired) etc. But it’s all good, I have less than a week left till my holidays!

I really wanted to wright a post about Dublin Culture Night that was a key event of last weekend, but I am so busy lately, that I didn’t really had a chance, and lets leave it behind. This weekend, or should I say this all October, is full of interesting stuff in Dublin!

Tonight I am off for dinner + drinks with my work crowd to Bull & Castle and I really hope their Galway Bay Mussels will be delicious! But if you are not with me, you should go to check Dublin Festival of Fashion , it’s more of a day time festival, but I am sure they will have after parties.  The only think I am curios – how many knackers will there be in knackerish ILAC shoping center on the catwalk ?

No matter where the city will take you tonight, you MUST end up at After-Life Festival @ The Vaults. Check the line-up! Amazing! Well.. I am really looking forward to get couple of colleagues to this party around midnight.

Saturday we probably gonna go to The Music Show in RDS, because lovely Paul gave Kes two tickets for this event. Thanks a lot!  I have checked line-up and I really looking forward to go there.   In the evening there is that Official Off Set Party @ Twisted Pepper I am not sure what is it about and will not bother to google for it, because I am looking forward to visit Octoberfest what is starting today almost on my doorstep.. well ok ok .. 10 minutes away from that very doorstep?

Sunday? The Point Market , cooking something super nice for dinner and studying..

So I had an opportunity to sit at Dublin Airport’s Starbucks yesterday, watch sunrise, drink vanilla latte and feel so damn homesick again after I waved good bye to my parents and left them queuing at the security gates.

The thing with the homesickness I hate the most is that it is not the place you are missing it is something that felt so good back then, but now is gone and will never be back.

Now take my emotion and bring it to market…
